You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Email us at info@jealosy.com with your order number first and wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Return shipping is free for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns it's your responsibility (roughly $5–$10). We never charge restocking fees.

Once your return reaches us, we inspect the item and email you as soon as your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that they usually move into processing and can no longer be stopped — but you are always welcome to send the item back through our returns process once it arrives.
